Returns & Cancellation
No order placed by the Customer which has been accepted by the Seller may be cancelled by the, Customer except with the agreement in writing of the Seller and on terms that the Customer shall, indemnify the Seller in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all, labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Seller as a result of cancellation.
ECS Enterprises holds the right to cancel the supply of goods if they are unable to offer the full service required. This includes inaccurate client measurements, stock non-availability and ability to arrange date of fitting. A full refund will be given less any check measuring costs which are non-refundable, Measurements will be supplied to client in this instance. Cancellation will be made if clients’ measurements are significantly different to those provided by the Customer before check measure and client is not in agreement to proceed.
Direct Fabrics makes every effort to ensure that the fabrics and products on our website are as accurately represented as possible with images and texts. We do acknowledge that screens and images may appear differently on the website and as such we offer a free sampling service on all curtain fabrics for our customers to make use of.

Where possible for ready made products we do offer returns on some items if you are not completely happy with your purchase. However, on products that have been cut to order, made to measure / custom products, returns are not accepted.

Returns of Ready Made Products Not Manufactured to Order
To return a product please contact the team on 03301118995 or email@example.com to discuss sending the goods back to Direct Fabrics. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred we will exchange the item.
Returns of ready made products in original packaging and new condition need to be returned within 30days. Please contact the team and request the return delivery address. Return sent without previous contact with the returns team will not be accepted.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.
If you wish to return non-bespoke goods that are not defective, these will be subject to a restocking charge, typically 25% of the price you have paid for the goods.
