Cancellation

No order placed by the Customer which has been accepted by the Seller may be cancelled by the Customer except with the agreement in writing of the Seller and on terms that the Customer shall indemnify the Seller in full against all loss, including loss of profit, costs, including the cost of all labour and materials used, damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Seller as a result of cancellation.

ECS Enterprises holds the right to cancel the supply of goods if they are unable to offer the full service required. This includes inaccurate client measurements, stock non-availability and inability to arrange a fitting date. A full refund will be given, less any check measuring costs, which are non-refundable. Measurements will be supplied to the client in this instance. Cancellation will also be made if the client's measurements are significantly different from those originally provided by the Customer before check measure and the client does not agree to proceed.

Returns

Direct Fabrics makes every effort to ensure that the fabrics and products on our website are represented as accurately as possible through images and text. We do acknowledge that screens and images may display differently, and as such we offer a free sampling service on all curtain fabrics for our customers to use before purchasing.

If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team on 0330 111 8995 and they will be able to help with your purchase. Where possible, for ready made products, we do offer returns on some items if you are not completely happy with your purchase. However, on products that have been cut to order, made to measure, or otherwise custom made, returns are not accepted.

We cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements supplied to us.

Returns of Ready Made Products Not Manufactured to Order

To return a product, please contact the team on 0330 111 8995 or email [email protected] to discuss sending the goods back to Direct Fabrics. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Returns of ready made products in original packaging and new condition must be made within 30 days. Please contact the team to request the returns delivery address. Returns sent without prior contact with the returns team will not be accepted.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.

If you wish to return non-bespoke goods that are not defective, these may be subject to a restocking charge, typically 25% of the price paid for the goods.
