How the retractable insect screen works
This retractable insect screen is made to measure and designed for straightforward installation. When not in use, the screen rolls up into the cassette, keeping the opening clear and maintaining a discreet finish.
Operation is via a bead-chain sidewinder control. The system is supplied with a powder-coated extruded aluminium cassette, side guide channels and a bottom bar, supported by white metal universal brackets for secure top fixing.
The mesh is a rot-proof PVC coated fibreglass mesh and is locked into the barrel and bottom bar profile to support durability in use.
