All parcels are fully tracked, and large items are delivered via booked pallet service. International shipping is available across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

What are your delivery times?
Delivery times vary by product type:
- Curtain Tracks: 3-5 working days
- Made-to-Measure Curtains: 3-4 weeks (as little as 15-20 working days)
- Roller Blinds: 7 working days
- Fabrics: Next-day delivery
- Printed Fabrics: 7 working days

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over £250 (UK mainland, excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands).
For orders under £250, standard delivery charges apply. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
For large or bulky items, or deliveries to remote locations, additional charges may apply. These will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we provide international shipping for our products. We regularly ship to Europe and worldwide for both residential and commercial projects.
For international orders, we provide custom quotes as shipping costs vary significantly based on:
- Destination country
- Order size and weight
- Product type (especially longer items like tracks and poles)
Please contact our team with your requirements and delivery address for an accurate international shipping quote. We'll also advise on any customs or import duties that may apply.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy depends on the product type:
Standard-Size Items
We offer a 30-day returns policy for standard-size items (fabrics, tracks, poles, accessories). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Made-to-Measure Items
Made-to-measure curtains and blinds are manufactured specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned. However, if there's a manufacturing fault or error on our part, we'll resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.
Can I return made-to-measure curtains?
Made-to-measure curtains cannot be returned as they are manufactured specifically to your measurements and specifications. This is standard practice across the industry for bespoke products.
However, we stand by our quality and service:
- If there's a manufacturing fault, we'll remake the curtains at no cost
- If we've made an error in production, we'll rectify it immediately
- If you're not satisfied with the quality, we'll work with you to find a fair solution
We recommend ordering free samples before placing your order to ensure you're happy with the fabric, and using our measuring guides or check measure service to ensure accuracy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your dispatch email
- Logging into your account and viewing order status
- Contacting our customer service team with your order number
For made-to-measure items currently in production, our team can provide progress updates if you contact us.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email photos to our customer service team
- Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved
We'll arrange collection of the damaged item and send a replacement as quickly as possible. For urgent orders, we can expedite production of the replacement.
All our products are carefully packaged and insured during transit, so you won't be out of pocket if damage occurs during delivery.
