How do I add or remove gliders from a curtain track?
Adding or removing gliders from a curtain track is usually very straightforward.
Standard curtain tracks and multi-channel tracks
Remove the end stop or end cap from the relevant channel. Slide the required number of gliders into or out of the track, then refit the end stop securely.
Corded curtain tracks
Remove or loosen the cord mechanism at the end of the track. Additional gliders can then be fed into the track before refitting the cord mechanism.
Recessed curtain tracks
Our recessed tracks include a glider insertion opening near the end stop. This allows gliders to be added or removed without needing access to the end of the track.
If you are unsure which method applies to your curtain track, please contact us with a photo of the track and we can advise.
